You own 100% of the data relating to your clients. Visakix acts as a data processor. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

Role-based access control within your agency account.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (like AWS for hosting and Razorpay for payments) necessary to fulfill our service commitments to you.

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time through our platform. For enterprise clients, custom data retention policies can be configured.
