By accessing or using the Visakix platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Visakix provides a SaaS platform for visa automation, CRM, and white-label website building. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee visa approvals or the decisions made by government immigration authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Visakix operates on a subscription-based pricing model. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to initiate fraudulent visa applications. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
Visakix Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the incident.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
