At Visakix, we want you to be completely satisfied with our SaaS platform for your visa consulting agency. This Refund Policy describes the terms under which we offer refunds and cancellations.
We offer a 14-day free trial on our Starter and Growth plans. This allows you to explore our AI passport scanning and white-label automation tools without any upfront cost. No credit card is required to start your trial.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an Annual Plan, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide Visakix is not right for you within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each month of service. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time within a billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Visakix platform will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
